Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
RaiderForge ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website raiderforge.org and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Site" or "Services"). The Services include the blueprint tracker, raider profile sync, marketplace tools, Trials-related features, and all other tools, trackers, and community functions we provide.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, hashed password, and any optional profile details you provide (such as display name, avatar, or preferred gaming platform).
- Game-Related Data: Information you voluntarily provide or sync, including ARC Raiders account identifiers, blueprint progression and inventory data, quest/Trials progress and stats, marketplace listings/offers, transaction history (within RaiderForge), and any other game data you enter or enable for sync. This data is used to power features like the blueprint tracker and raider profile sync.
- Usage and Technical Data: Automatically collected information such as IP address, browser/device type and settings, pages viewed, time spent on the Site, referring/exit pages, and interaction metrics. We collect this via cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for analytics, security, and functionality.
- Communication Data: Any messages, feedback, bug reports, or support requests you send us via forms, email, or other channels.
- Marketplace and Transaction Data: Details of listings, offers, pricing, timestamps, and involved usernames when you use marketplace features. We do not store full payment information if third-party processors are used in the future—those are handled directly by the processor.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., government-issued IDs, precise geolocation beyond IP-derived country level, or financial account details) unless you voluntarily provide it in a way that triggers processing (which we discourage).
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including the blueprint tracker, raider profile sync, marketplace, and Trials tools.
- Sync and display your ARC Raiders progression and profile data when you explicitly enable it.
- Personalize your experience (e.g., saved builds, preferences, or recommended guides).
- Monitor performance, detect errors, prevent abuse/fraud, and ensure security.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, or support responses.
- Comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Use.
Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)
For users in regions like the EU/EEA, UK, or other areas with similar laws, we rely on bases such as:
- Your consent (e.g., when creating an account or enabling profile sync).
- Performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you request).
- Legitimate interests (e.g., improving the Site, preventing abuse, analytics).
- Compliance with legal obligations.
You can withdraw consent where applicable, though this may limit feature access.
How We Share Information
We share information only in limited cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, or similar functions. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only on our behalf.
- User-Visible Features: In the marketplace or community areas, usernames, profile details, listings, or offers may be visible to other users.
- Integrations: Limited game identifiers or stats may be shared with third-party tools (e.g., ARC Raiders companion services or the maps at maps.tcno.co/arc) only when you take explicit action to connect or use them.
- Legal and Safety: When required by law, subpoena, or good-faith belief that disclosure protects the rights, safety, or property of RaiderForge, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with continued protection for your data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers for behavioral targeting unless you explicitly opt in to such features (which we currently do not offer).
Third-Party Services and Content
The Services may include embedded or linked third-party content, such as interactive ARC Raiders maps provided by Wesley at maps.tcno.co/arc (used with permission). Your use of these maps is also subject to any terms or privacy practices of the third-party provider. We are not responsible for their data practices. Review their policies directly.
Other links to ARC Raiders resources, analytics tools, or external sites have their own independent privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, operate the Services, or meet legal/compliance needs. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytics. You may request account deletion (see below), after which we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backups or legal holds.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent.
- Data portability (where applicable).
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will verify your identity before responding. You can also manage cookies/preferences in your browser (note: disabling certain cookies may impair functionality like login persistence). Disconnect any external syncs or integrations where supported.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption for sensitive transmissions, access controls) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it. Parents/guardians: contact us if you believe your child has provided information.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (e.g., where our servers or providers are located). These countries may have different data protection standards. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
